Carver Primary School celebrated academic achievement Jan. 17 with a “Breakfast of Champions” program for students named to the school’s honor roll and principal’s list for the second nine-week grading period. The students named to the lists enjoyed a doughnut breakfast with their parents in the gym before school. Second-graders named to the honor roll with a grade point average of 3.0 to 3.65 were Guimesha Armstrong, Hannah Bell, Tiffany Celaya, Javais Farnell, Ja’Quinton Fisher, Elasha Fleming, Terry Gulley, Serenity Helaire, Jerald Horne, Kierra’lynn Irvin, Jayde Jackson, Derrick James, Jermaine Jones, Kierra Jones, Montrell Jones, Randall Jouette, Da’Naija LeBlanc, Karmel Lomas, Julia Martinez, Karim Muzlum, Jonaya Northern, Chidiuto Nwokorie, Marvis Ransom, Aseel Samara, Emilie Vidrine, Makenzie Sisk, Vaniaro Stewart and Lane Young. The third-grade list included Janiya Billy, Ethan Braud, Adam Gonzales, Kyle Hart, Kyle Hill, Aderia James, Jalaih Jenkins, Cullen Jones, Cason Marchand, Leondre Smith, Ethan Terrall, Kiyah Ursin, Sanaa Smith, Gregory Walker, Derilyn Williams, Eijah Williams, Athen Wilkinson, Jasmyn Wilson and Mckenzie Wilson. Named to the fourth-grade list were Nyla Jones, Josiah Helaire, Railey Leggett, Madison Liotta, Zoe Simms, Landon Smith, Radasia Turner, Alexander Vallacchi, and Tre Ventress. The fifth-grade list included Ladell Bell, Mia Blazek, Jada Boudreaux, Tiana Boudreaux, Kenron Collins, Tamia Coltlong, Shalone Duhon, Carlee Duplessis, India Fefee, Alexander Fields, Sheila Gaudin, Madilyn Governale, Valeria Gonzalez, Shaveen Hill, Taylor Jackson, Jyrin Johnson, Cameron Jones, and Trevion Joseph, Truli Joseph, Camillus Louviere, Jozie McKinney, Anae Milan, Braydon Mire, Cayley Moreau, Daisha Mosley, Shawnkhia Patterson, Shakira Penson, Laken Staley, Dezalyn Watis and Madison Wilson.
