The American Cancer Society and the hospital started the monthly support group meetings for breast cancer patients and survivors to share experiences with others in similar situations, a hospital release says. The hospital and the Grief Recovery Center are holding weekly Loss and Grief Education and Support meetings Jan. 17, Jan. 24 and Jan. 31. The free meetings start at 6 p.m. in the Sister Vernola conference room.
