St. Amant High School is hosting a community blood drive from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday, school officials said.
The drive is being held to benefit Addison Claire Englade, who was born Nov. 9 and diagnosed with stage 4S neuroblastoma cancer, Gerri Englade, Addison’s grandmother, said.
Several blood mobiles will be on campus to collect blood for Addison’s treatments.
Addison is being treated in a New Orleans hospital, Gerri Englade said.
