Library to celebrate Mother’s Day
The Ascension Parish Library is planning parties around the parish to celebrate Mother’s Day.
The Donaldsonville library branch will host its annual Mother’s Day Tea Party at 6:30 p.m. on May 10.
The party is for children of all ages and their mothers and/or grandmothers. Refreshments will be provided. Registration is required. For more information or to register, please call the library at (225 473-8052.
The Dutchtown branch is hosting “Max and Ruby: A Mother Day Tea” at 10 a.m. on May 12.
This program is for children of all ages. However, space is limited, so pre-register by calling (225) 673-8699.
The Gonzales library location is holding a Snoopy-themed Mother’s Day Tea Party at 6 p.m. on Tuesday.
Children will be able to take their picture with Snoopy and enjoy refreshments.
