One-stop registration available for Lafayette students One-stop registration available for Lafayette students Acadiana bureau June 15, 2013 Comments LAFAYETTE — The Lafayette Parish school system will offer one-stop registration services for parents and guardians beginning June 26 at the former Lerosen Elementary School. Centralized registration is scheduled from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. on the following dates: June 26-27, July 17-18 and Aug. 7-8 at the school, 516 E. Pinhook Road. Parents can register more than one child, even if they’re attending different schools, register for student services and discuss issues ranging from health and wellness to transportation. However, parents must visit their child’s school for class schedules and supply lists. Registration is necessary for students moving into the district or currently enrolled students relocating to a new school zone. Student information required includes birth certificate, Social Security card, immunization records, last report card and proof of address (utility bill in parent/guardian’s name). Registration forms are available at http://www.lpssonline.com and at registration. Completion of the forms before their visit to LeRosen will reduce parents’ wait time, school officials said.
