Widening project limits Bonin Road traffic

YOUNGSVILLE — Bonin Road in Youngsville is closed to through traffic pending the completion of a widening project, the city announced Wednesday.

Local traffic will be allowed, and the road is expected to reopen to two-way traffic on or before July 4, according to a news release from the city.

The closure of Chemin Metarie between La. 92 and Wild Rose Lane has been delayed until two-way traffic resumes on Bonin Road, according to the city.
