Arneze Jack, of New Iberia, was booked on one count each of attempted first-degree murder and home invasion in the June 15 incident in the 300 block of Fontelieu Drive, Iberia Parish Sheriff’s Office Lt. Richard Fleming said. Agents with the U.S. Marshal’s Violent Offender Task Force arrested Jack at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday at a home on Bonin Road in the St. Mary Parish community of Ashton, Fleming said in a news release. Jack was transferred to the Iberia Parish Jail. No bail has been set.
