BATON ROUGE PRESS CLUB: Noon, Belle of Baton Rouge Hotel, Iberville Room, 102 France St. David LaCerte, secretary of the Louisiana Department of Veterans Affairs, will address the controversy surrounding the federal VA health care system. Lunch, which is at 11:30 a.m., is $12 for press club members and $15 for guests.
