Davis | Florida Parishes bureau July 09, 2014 Comments Tangipahoa Parish authorities are searching for an Arkansas man wanted on two counts of forcible rape who is believed to be hiding out in the parish, a sheriff’s spokeswoman said Thursday. Willie E. Davis, 64, of Blytheville, Arkansas, is wanted by the Mississippi County Sheriff’s Office in Luxora, Arkansas, Tangipahoa Parish sheriff’s spokeswoman Dawn Panepinto said. “There is reason to believe that Davis may be hiding out in our parish eluding arrest,” Panepinto said in a news release Thursday. Davis is a black male, 5 feet 9 inches tall, weighing about 210 pounds, Panepinto said. Tangipahoa Sheriff Daniel Edwards is asking for the public’s help in locating Davis.
