Tangipahoa School Board buys property Tangipahoa School Board buys property BY TIMOTHY BOONE| email@example.com May 24, 2014 Comments The Tangipahoa Parish School Board has purchased a nearly 25,000-square-foot building that will allow it to consolidate operations from three other separate buildings. The board paid $800,000 for the property at 795 S. Morrison Road in Hammond, said Justin Langlois, an agent with Mike Falgoust & Associates. Langlois brokered the sale, along with Scot Guidry, another agent with Mike Falgoust. The seller of the building was Hanman Investments LLC and was most recently the headquarters for Insituform. Langlois said the school board plans to use part of the property as a resource and training center and will use the rest as a warehouse.
