DSLD, a Denham Springs-based homebuilder, has bought the 41-lot Myrtle Bluff subdivision for nearly $2 million.
According to documents filed with the East Baton Rouge Clerk of Court’s office Monday, the homebuilder bought the lots from developer Anselmo RBC, represented by Ross Bruce. Myrtle Bluff is located on the north side of Perkins Road east of Madeira and west of Myrtle Grove Drive. The 16 acre subdivision does not connect with Perkins. The development was approved in early 2013, but no homes have been built yet.
Homes in Myrtle Bluff are expected to start at $200,000.
