ITALIAN LOUISIANA LECTURE AND BOOK SIGNING: 5 p.m., Old State Capitol, 100 North Blvd. Alan Gauthreaux, author of “Italian Louisiana: History, Heritage and Tradition,” will lecture on and sign copies of his book.
