  • MIXING METEORS AND MYSTERIES: 7:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., BREC’s Highland Road Park Observatory, 13800 Highland Road. LSU physics professor Brad Schaefer will discuss modern scientific theory and Middle East mysteries. Participants can observe the Geminid Meteor Shower afterward until 1 a.m. Event is free.
