The man accused of raping a woman inside a portable toilet on LSU’s campus during a Nov. 23 football game was booked into East Baton Rouge Parish Prison late Wednesday after being extradited from Atlanta, jail records show.

Albert Carlos Ford, 32, of Atlanta, had waived his right to an extradition hearing, said Capt. Cory Lalonde, an LSU Police spokesman.

Ford was booked into prison at 10:33 p.m. Wednesday on one count of aggravated rape, jail records show.

He is accused of following a 21-year-old woman into a portable toilet off South Campus Drive, threatening to snap her neck if she screamed, then raping her during the school’s football game against Texas A&M, according to a warrant for his arrest.
