City seeks repayment of HUD loan from sale proceeds

The vacant Louisiana ArtWorks complex has attracted four bids, a real estate broker for the deal said this week.

Hayden Wren, the broker, declined to identify the bidders for the five-story, 93,000-square-foot building complex near Lee Circle.
