Robertson said that New Orleans Police were called to three separate shootings within 10 minutes early Saturday. At 1:17 a.m., a man sustained a gunshot wound to the chest at the intersection of Ulloa and South Solomon streets. He was taken to a hospital and was in critical condition. At 1:23 a.m., in the 200 block of North Robertson Street, a 16-year-old male sustained a gunshot wound to the leg and was brought to the hospital in stable condition. At 1:27 a.m., in the 7900 block of Old Gentilly Road, a woman in her 30s sustained a gunshot wound to the leg and was transported to the hospital in stable condition. Later Saturday, police reported two men were shot at 1:22 p.m. in the 7800 block of Mill Street in New Orleans East. According to Robertson, a 22-year-old man was shot in the foot and was taken to the hospital in good condition. A 21-year-old man was shot numerous times and drove himself to the 5700 block of Read Boulevard, where EMS then transported him to the hospital. Robertson said that all incidents are currently under investigation and no arrests have been made.
