LAFAYETTE — Public meetings have been scheduled from Oct. 23-26 across the city for input on the design of the planned park at the 100-acre “Horse Farm” property on Johnston Street.
On Oct. 23, forums will be held from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Rosa Parks Transportation Center in downtown Lafayette and from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the South Regional Library on Johnston Street.
On Oct. 24, forums are scheduled from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m at the Heymann Center Ballroom on South College Road and from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Martin Luther King Center on Cora Street.
On Oct. 25, a forum will be held from 12:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. in the Fletcher Hall Auditorium on the campus of the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.
On Oct. 26, a forum is scheduled from 8 a.m. to noon in conjunction with the Lafayette Farmers and Artisans Market at the Horse Farm.
