The lone item on the ballot is the Concord Estates Crime Prevention District proposition. Voters in Concord Estates will decide whether to levy a four-year, $69.50 parcel fee, which would generate an estimated $20,433 a year to aid in crime prevention. The hours of early voting for this election are from 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. each day, except Sunday. Here are the locations for the Registrar of Voters office: Main Office: Governmental Building, 222 St. Louis St., Room 201. Southeast Office: Court Plaza Building, 10500 Coursey Blvd., Room 203. Baker Office: Motor Vehicle Building, 2250 Main St. Early voters should bring a Louisiana driver’s license; a Louisiana special identification card or some other recognized photo identification and their voter registration card.
