The recordings, believed to be shot by inmates, were aired during the second day of hearings on a proposed agreement between the Justice Department and Sheriff Marlin Gusman to improve conditions at the Orleans Parish Prison. It was unclear when they were recorded. Images and sound in the three videos depict illegal drug use, guns, profanity and may be offensive to some viewers.
