Medicare/Medicaid forum scheduled in Clinton

CLINTON — The East Feliciana Democratic Parish Executive Committee invites parish residents and those from neighboring parishes and Mississippi counties to attend a Monday forum on Medicare and Medicaid.

The meeting will be held from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at JD’s Restaurant at La. 10 and Bank Street in Clinton.

Jim Parker, committee secretary-treasurer, said David Hood, secretary of the Louisiana Department of Health and Hospitals under Gov. Mike Foster, and Steve Spires of the Louisiana Budget Project are expected to attend.
