Kind of draw the line at hitting someone over the head with a metal object. Even a glass bottle is assault with a deadly weapon. If you are going to fight, just fight. Jeez. Fists only. Now, if you are defending yourself, grab a bottle, but if they just had a dispute and both decided to fight, put your dukes up and that's it. And if you need help to beat up a 13 year old, go work out.
