STENCIL ME ON YOUR HEART: 4 p.m., Carver Branch Library, 720 Terrace St. Patrons are invited to create romantically themed stencils, which staff members will use to create artwork. Patrons can pick up their artwork the next day. (225) 389-7450.

VALENTINE’S DAY PARTY: 4:30 p.m., Greenwell Springs Regional Branch Library, 11300 Greenwell Springs Road. The party will have a Valentine’s Day theme and bingo, cookies and popcorn. Patrons can also make valentines to give to someone special.
