Isaac may disrupt The Advocate’s newspaper delivery in south La.

Due to weather conditions associated with the storm Isaac, The Advocate does not anticipate being able to deliver papers Wednesday morning in some parts of south Louisiana.

Here are areas that are not expected to get delivery of Wednesday’s edition: Lake Charles, Kaplan, Intracoastal, Arnaudville, Morgan City, Amelia, Berwick, Patterson, Franklin, Pierre Part, Napoleonville, Thibodaux, Houma, Vacherie, Norco, Destrehan and New Orleans.

Advocate subscribers in some parts of south Louisiana also could see late delivery or no delivery on Thursday morning, depending on the amount of damage it does.

In addition, The Advocate’s Circulation Department is upgrading its computer system. As a result, customer service requests and responses may be delayed. The computer system is expected to be working at full capacity by Saturday.

The Advocate is sorry for any inconvenience with delivery caused by Isaac or our computer upgrade.
