Wally has been traveling to schools in the north Baton Rouge area to teach children how to be safe during a chemical emergency, specifically how to shelter-in-place. The program put on by Playmakers of Baton Rouge is part of a campaign involving the East Baton Rouge Parish Mayor's Office of Homeland Security and Emergency Preparedness; Baton Rouge Fire Department and other members of the North Baton Rouge Chemical Industry Task Force.
