The company is developing Bayshore, a 23-site, single-family home property, and Golden Gate, 15 condominiums in the downtown area. Golden Gate’s amenities include private boat slips. The Florida move is Level’s latest out-of-state expansion. The company, also known as Level Construction and Development, started in 2000. In 2013, Level expanded into the Raleigh-Durham, North Carolina, area. Level’s local work includes homes in Shadowbrook Lakes in Baton Rouge, Willow Pointe in Denham Springs, Copper Mill in Zachary and Bluff Meadows in Prairieville, among others.
