BR man booked on indecent behavior

A 45-year-old man accused of performing oral sex on a 15-year-old boy was arrested Wednesday.

Police booked Louis Joseph Claiborne, 1006 S. 16th St., Baton Rouge, into East Baton Rouge Parish Prison on indecent behavior with a juvenile.

The victim’s mother entered the bedroom minutes after the March 25 incident, and Claiborne admitted to her what happened, according to the arrest warrant.

Authorities book 2 on suspicion of DWI

Authorities arrested at least two people suspected of driving while intoxicated in East Baton Rouge Parish and booked them into Parish Prison between 2:30 p.m. Tuesday and 2:30 p.m. Wednesday, booking records show.

Those booked and the counts against them:

Robin Cook, 59, 445 Cloud Drive, Baton Rouge, first-offense DWI, reckless operation of vehicle and failure to maintain control.

David Cox, 38, 16420 Stoney Point Birch Road, Pride, first-offense DWI, careless operation, failure to maintain control and disobeying a traffic sign.
