Ted Lewis| May 28, 2014 Comments A solid senior season for Tulane’s Ryan Grant paid off for him Saturday when the Washington Redskins took him in the fifth round (No. 142). Grant (6-foot-0, 199) had 77 receptions for 1,039 yards and nine touchdowns last season. He then improved his stock with good workouts at the Combine and at Tulane’s pro day. Grant was the second player from a Louisiana school picked on Saturday. Barrow was the LSU's first player picked on Saturday, which is the final day of the three-day NFL draft.
