She was associate vice president of rural health, health information technology and shared services programs. Kenyetta Sewell has been named director of human resources for the Louisiana Lottery Corp., overseeing the compensation and benefits program, performance management plans, personnel policies, and employee recruitment and training. Sewell was deputy undersecretary for the Louisiana Department of Civil Service. Leo Sternfels and Harry J. “Skip” Philips Jr. have been elected to the board of directors of Plaquemine Bank and Trust Co. Sternfels, a native and resident of Napoleonville, was president of Sternfels Insurance Agency until its merger with Arthur J. Gallagher in 2000. He is still active in insurance and in real estate ventures in south Louisiana. Philips, a native of New Orleans and resident of Baton Rouge, is managing partner of the Taylor, Porter, Brooks and Philips LLP law firm. Allen Walker has been named manager of the Burnside Terminal in Ascension Parish by global terminals operator Impala Terminals, a subsidiary of Trafigura. He was the Burnside Terminal operations manager. The Radisson Hotel Baton Rouge has named Joshmia “Josh” Toney as general manager and Liz Hidalgo as director of sales. Toney was front office manager and assistant general manager for the Embassy Suites Nashville Airport and the Hampton Inn and Suites Nashville Downtown. Hidalgo was sales manager at Hilton and IHG. Louisiana Clean Fuels has named as members of its board of directors Randy Hayden, executive director of Louisiana Propane Gas Association, and Robert Borne, project manager at Entergy Services Inc. NEW ORLEANS AREA Paula Dupuis has been named business travel sales manager at the Hotel Monteleone in New Orleans. Dupuis was business travel sales manager at the Marriott Metairie Lakeway. Maury Chatellier has been named by professional services firm Dewberry as water resource department manager, overseeing operations in the state and staff in the Baton Rouge and New Orleans offices. Chatellier was chief of the engineering division for the Coastal Protection Restoration Agency. Jordan Foster has been named quality improvement manager of the claims department at Peoples Health in Metairie. Foster started with the company as a claims compliance coordinator, working with the director of claims and key claims management staff.
