A proposed initial minor source air operating permit sought by Wolverine Terminals Corp. will be the focus. The public hearing also will address Wolverine Corp.’s associated environmental assessment statement. Wolverine Corp. is seeking to build a $30 million crude oil terminal and blending operation on a 15-acre Mississippi River site at 3338 La. 44 in Paulina.
