Advocate staff report March 25, 2014 Comments The ramp from Interstate 110 South to Interstate 10 West has reopened after being blocked for several hours Monday, because of an overturned 18-wheeler, the Baton Rouge Police Department announced. Cpl. Don Coppola announced before 1:45 p.m. that the ramp had finally cleared. The truck driver was cited for unsecured load, Coppola said. “It appears something shifted in his load which caused him to turn over.” No one was injured, Coppola said.
