A spokeswoman for the company would give no specific details about potential locations or timetables for opening. Red Robin is running employment ads on Craigslist and other sites for a general manager, restaurant managers and kitchen managers for the Baton Rouge location. Red Robin opened a location in the Mall of Louisiana in 1999, but it closed a few years later. The company doesn’t have any locations currently in Louisiana. Red Robin, headquartered in suburban Denver, has nearly 500 locations across the U.S. and Canada. The chain offers more than 24 different fire-grilled burgers, along with soups, salads and a full bar.
