Police search for convenience store robbers

Lafayette police are searching for four men who stole alcohol and chips from an West Gloria Switch convenience store early Monday, officials said.

Cpl. Paul Mouton said two of the men had firearms and all four wore masks in the 4:20 a.m. robbery.

There were no injuries.

A clerk told police that after taking liquor and potato chips, the four fled on foot toward Beau Chene Apartments.

Mouton said police are looking for four black men with medium builds.
