The new station will be located on Curran Lane, between Ambassador Caffery Parkway and South Domingue Road. Officials attending the kickoff included Lafayette Consolidated Government Councilman Jared Bellard, whose District 7 Fire Station 14 will service. The station is scheduled for completion in the first part of 2015.
