DONALDSONVILLE — Ascension Parish sheriff’s deputies arrested the fourth person wanted in the prostitution of a 14-year-old girl, the Sheriff’s Office reported Friday.
Gregory Hardin, 28, 3836 Addis Lane, Addis, was booked Thursday with counts of criminal conspiracy to commit soliciting to prostitutes, criminal conspiracy to commit prostitution with persons under the age of 18 and trafficking of children for sexual purposes, deputies said in a news release.
Deputies allege Hardin conspired with Lakeisha Marshall, 33, 1305 McKinley St., Donaldsonville, to prostitute the girl for drugs and money.
Marshall and two others were arrested in the case in December.
Deputies have said Marshall was prostituting the girl out of Marshall’s McKinley Street home and giving her to two others who were prostituting the girl in the New Orleans area and other south Louisiana cities.
Hardin has been wanted by deputies since Marshall and the two others were arrested Dec. 17 following a three-month investigation into the case, deputies have said.
The girl was removed from the home and placed in state custody.
Marshall and the two others, Trenace Tyler, 19, 607 2nd St., Donaldsonville and Wendell Walker, 46, 500 W. 4th St., Donaldsonville, were arrested on counts of prostitution of persons younger than 18, conspiracy to prostitute person younger than 18 and other counts, deputies have said.
