GONZALES — The Ascension Parish Sheriff’s Office booked three people Friday after a tip led to the discovery of a methamphetamine lab in a Gonzales home, deputies said.
Arrested were Scott Roussel, 28, and Kandi Pierre, 18, both of 14154 Mire Road, Gonzales, the location of the lab, and Seth Finley, 28, 1709 S. Chuck Ave., Gonzales.
Each of them was booked on counts of creation of a clandestine lab, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled dangerous substance and possession of a legend drug.
The arrests came after the sheriff’s Narcotics Division received information Roussel was allegedly manufacturing methamphetamines at his residence.
On Friday, deputies executed a search warrant and found the lab at the home, as well as products used to manufacture methamphetamine.
The three have been booked into the Ascension Parish Jail and each are being held in lieu of $101,085 bail, according to a news release from the Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday.
