Three booked in EBR on suspicion of DWI
Authorities arrested at least three people suspected of driving while intoxicated in East Baton Rouge Parish and booked them into Parish Prison between 2:30 p.m. Sunday and 2:30 p.m. Monday, booking records show.
Those booked and the counts against them:
- John Davis, 21, 12329 Branch Lane, Clinton, first-offense DWI, distribution/manufacturing of Schedule I drug, possession of firearm with drugs and sale/possession of legendary drugs.
- Jeremy Lewis, 27, 2134 Gen. Claiborne Ave., Baton Rouge, second-offense DWI, failure to report an accident, drinking in a motor vehicle, reckless operation and hit-and-run.
- Paul Miller, 49, 5510 Lavey Lane, Baker, third-offense DWI, hit-and-run, failure to maintain control and reckless operation.
