Early voting for the Nov. 16, 2013, ballot begins Saturday and runs through Nov. 9, from 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily, excluding Sunday, Nov. 3. Residents can vote early at their parish Registrar of Voters’ Office or at other designated locations, including the State Archives in Baton Rouge.
