Nov 23, 2012 12:14 ULL students to compete in Paris ULL students to compete in Paris Acadiana bureau| Nov. 23, 2012 Comments LAFAYETTE — University of Louisiana at Lafayette students won an all expenses paid, 10-day trip to Paris to compete in the Intercollegiate Sales Competition, after winning the team championship at a collegiate sales competition held in October, according to a university news release. The competition was hosted by Florida State University in late October. Team members: Ryan Robin, Brittney Kuepferle, Fallon Bearb and their coach, Duleep Delpechitre, an assistant professor of marketing, won the team championship at the event. Robin and Kuepferle placed second and third in individual competition, respectively, and Bearb placed among the top 16 in a field of 72 students from more than 30 universities, the release stated. Team members honed their skills in a recent competition with Bearb and fellow student Natalie Brasher taking third place at the Russ Berrie Institute for Professional Sales National Sales Challenge held at William Paterson University in Wayne, N.J., the release said.
