Crystal Cole, 19, Kierra Riggs, 18, Toiryan Milligan, 20, and Eric Moore, 20, were arrested at different times Wednesday in the Tuesday robbery and kidnapping, affidavits say. Milligan, 1117 Louise St., and Moore, 6168 Shiloh St., threatened to beat up the victim if he did not give them money as they sat in the back seat of a car at the mall, affidavits say. Before leaving mall, the suspects ordered the victim to withdraw money from an ATM in the mall, return items he previously bought and buy food, affidavits say. After leaving the mall, the victim bought gas at a Racetrac and items with a Food Stamp card at the O’Neal Lane Wal-Mart before being returned to his home, affidavits say. Cole, 7117 Dalark Drive, and Riggs, 3144 Silverleaf Drive, were both booked into Parish Prison on one count each of aggravated kidnapping and simple robbery. The men were booked on the same counts. Police book man, 21, in armed robbery Baton Rouge police arrested a man accused of robbing a store Nov. 2 after they found DNA evidence in a ski mask believed to have been used by the robber, a warrant says. The robber wore a blue ski mask when he approached employees at the Dollar General, 4770 Hooper Road, on Nov. 2 at 11:04 p.m. as they were leaving, the warrant says. The robber forced the employees at gunpoint back into the store and demanded cash from the safe before leaving, the warrant says. Deputies found a blue ski mask near a hole in a fence along the route they think the robber used and DNA evidence from it matched the DNA profile of Jarvis Jermaine Jack, the warrant says. Jack, 21, 5175 Fairfields Ave., Baton Rouge, was booked into East Baton Rouge Parish Prison on Wednesday night on one count of armed robbery. 2nd suspect sought in robbery, shooting A man wanted in a Nov. 9 shooting and robbery in the 5900 block of Atlanta Street turned himself in to East Baton Rouge Parish Sheriff’s Office detectives Thursday. Christopher Hymes, 19, 5637 Denova Drive, was booked into Parish Prison on five counts of attempted first-degree murder and one count each of armed robbery, aggravated criminal damage to property and illegal use of a firearm stemming in the incident which left one man wounded, Sheriff’s Office spokeswoman Casey Rayborn Hicks said in an email. Deputies are searching for a second suspect, Eric L. Russell, 20, whose last known address is 4530 Paige St., Baton Rouge, Hicks said. Two suspects booked into prison on DWI Authorities arrested at least two people suspected of driving while intoxicated in East Baton Rouge Parish and booked them into Parish Prison between 2:30 p.m. Wednesday and 2:30 p.m. Thursday. Those booked and the counts against them: Sarah Babineaux, 27, 43873 Hodgeson Road, Prairieville, second-offense DWI, failure to signal, improper lane usage and driver’s license required/expired. Kenny Reed, 38, 3156 N. Amarillo St., Baton Rouge, sixth-offense DWI, possession of an alcoholic beverage in a vehicle, driver’s license suspended/revoked and fugitive from justice.
