Military parade, static displays, a wreath-laying ceremony and a 21-gun salute. 11 a.m.: USS Kidd Veterans Day ceremonies in the House Chambers of Louisiana's Old State Capitol. Irma Blvd, Gonzales, followed by a parade that begins at 2 p.m. MONDAY, NOV. 12 East Baton Rouge Parish 7:30 A.M.: Veterans Day Flag Raising, Bank of Zachary, 4743 Main St., with participation by Zachary High School students. 10:45 A.M.: Residents of St. James Place at 333 Lee Drive, Baton Rouge, will honor their own veteran residents. SATURDAY, NOV. 17 Lafayette Parish 6 p.m.: The University of Louisiana at Lafayette will hold its Military Appreciation Day in conjunction with the Ragin' Cajuns vs. Western Kentucky Hilltoppers football game.
