East Baton Rouge Parish District Attorney Hillar Moore will be the guest speaker at a free lecture sponsored by the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute at LSU, which offers noncredit educational programs for adults 50 or older. Moore will talk about the Baton Rouge Area Violence Elimination Program, which is a joint program of local enforcement and the faith-based community to reduce violent crime.   • MISTLETOE MARKET: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Atrium at the Belle of Baton Rouge, 102 France St. Mistletoe Market, an event formed 12 years ago to provide a way for stay-at-home moms to display and sell their products professionally, will feature local and out-of-town merchants who will sell holiday gift items. Admission is $4 with half of admission going toward helping local children in need. Parking is free, and child strollers are allowed.
