Boil advisory issued in East Feliciana

CLINTON — East Feliciana Parish Water District 7 has again encountered problems with its distribution system that requires the district to advise some customers to boil water used for drinking and food preparation.

The boil advisory is for District 7 customers on Hurst Lane and La. 432, the district said in a notice issued Friday afternoon.

The advisory will be rescinded when the state Office of Public Health determines that testing shows the water to be safe.
