Opelousas man, 51, killed in La. 363 crash

WASHINGTON — A single-vehicle accident has claimed the life of an Opelousas man.
The accident happened on La. 363 north of Washington on Thursday morning.
State Police said Gregory Ardoin, 51, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Trooper Stephen Hammons said Ardoin’s car was heading south when it ran off the road in a curve, hit an embankment and overturned.
Hammons said Ardoin was wearing his seat belt at the time of the accident.
