Authorities book 23 on suspicion of DWI

Authorities arrested at least 23 people suspected of driving while intoxicated in East Baton Rouge Parish and booked them into Parish Prison between 2:30 p.m. Saturday and 2:30 p.m. Sunday, booking records show.

Those booked and the counts against them:

  • Katherine Bell, 26, 4520 Camp St., New Orleans, first-offense DWI and reckless operation of a vehicle.
  • Justin Boudreaux, 31, 212 Rue Aubin, Lafayette, first-offense DWI and improper lane usage.
  • Jennifer Broussard, 27, 72422 La. 1061, Kentwood, first-offense DWI and reckless operation of a vehicle.
  • Clifford Dixon, 48, 4915 Alvin Dark Ave., first-offense DWI, reckless operation and driver's license suspended or revoked.
  • Joshua Dixon, 23, 277 Linfield Lane, Meadville, Miss., first-offense DWI and stop sign/yield sign.
  • Charles Foster, 50, 5628 Bennington Ave., first offese DWI, possession of marijuana and reckless operation of a vehicle.
  • Thomas Gallagher, 27, 3534 Harris Drive, first-offense DWI, drinking in a motor vehicle and reckless operation of a vehicle.
  • Geri Guarino, 51, 18011 Club View Drive, first-offense DWI and reckless operation of a vehicle.
  • Elvrinish Gunn, 40, 105 Hazel Circle, Winona, Miss., first-offense DWI, reckless operation of a vehicle and driving over the median.
  • Cherral Hasten, 50, 1125 Sheena St., Gonzales, first-offense DWI.
  • Nicolas Hernandez, 29, 10871 Cherry Hill, first-offense DWI and improper lane usage.
  • Richard Heroman, 57, 3343 McCarroll Drive, first-offense DWI and reckless operation of a vehicle.
  • Arthur Johnson, 46, 319 Peachtree Blvd., first-offense DWI and improper lane usage.
  • Clay Kennison, 40, 16736 London Ave., first-offense DWI, vehicular negligent injuring, failure to yield left turn and reckless operation.
  • Sturt MacMorran, 32, 8433 Barnett Drive, first-offense DWI and reckless operation of a vehicle.
  • Joseph Matta, 32, 266 Autumn Woods Drive, Covington, first-offense DWI and reckless operation of a vehicle.
  • Ryan McGinity, 18, 11854 Lendwood Blvd., first-offense DWI, improper lane usage and reckless operation of a vehicle.
  • Carlos Moncada, 46, 9441 Tracy Ave., first-offense DWI, improper lane usage, driver's license required and possession of alcoholic beverage in vehicle.
  • Connor Ridgeway, 20, 1478 Stokley Place, first-offense DWI and driving over the median.
  • Jeanne Riley, 27, 17220 Renne Road, Prairieville, first-offense DWI and reckless operation of a vehicle.
  • Abhishek Roy, 24, 9134 Lakes At 610 Drive, Houston, Texas, first-offense DWI and failure to maintain control/careless operation.
  • Daniel Sanchez, 45, 14300 Woodrun Blvd., Gonzales, first-offense DWI, reckless operation of a vehicle and disobeying police officers.
  • Oliver Young, 46, 9625 Southern Ave., first-offense DWI, noise ordinance and reckless operation of a vehicle.

Well, they will be off the streets for one night. Bailed out, and back out there in no time...

Congrats to the law enforcement officers that took these idiots off of our streets! I won't have to worry about them killing my family or anyone else. Keep up the good work.
