I-10 eastbound over Whiskey Bay open and moving

Both lanes on Interstate 10 eastbound over Whiskey Bay are now open after an accident earlier Sunday involving an 18-wheeler was cleared from the roadway, State Police reported.

However, traffic, which has been sluggish, is now beginning to move, State Police spokesman Trooper Russell Graham said.
