The last report on now depression Isaac was issued at 4 p.m. The center of Isaac was located near Latitude 32.7 north, Longitude 92.6 west and is about 40 miles south-southeast of El Dorado, Ark. The maximum sustained winds have dropped to 35 mph as moves north-northwest at 12 mph. This is the last public advisory by the National Hurricane Center on this system.
