East Baton Rouge Parish sheriff’s deputies were investigating a fatal one-car crash Saturday night on Hoo Shoo Too Road, a sheriff’s spokeswoman said.
A witness called the Sheriff’s Office around 7:45 p.m. to report an overturned vehicle in the 20000 block of Hoo Shoo Too, Casey Rayborn Hicks said.
The victim in the crash, who was driving the car, was taken to a hospital with serious injuries but later died, Hicks said.
Deputies were still trying to confirm the victim’s identity late Saturday, Hicks said.
