Authorities book 4
on DWI suspicion

Authorities arrested at least four people suspected of driving while intoxicated in East Baton Rouge Parish and booked them into Parish Prison between 2:30 p.m. Friday and 2:30 p.m. Saturday, booking records show.

  • Jeffrey David, 42, 12259 Greenwell Springs-Port Hudson Road, Zachary, first-offense DWI and careless driving.
  • Kyle Diez, 22, 3642 S. Harris Drive, first-offense DWI.
  • Nicole Kieren, 26, 8452 Antioch Road, first-offense DWI, following too close, reckless operation of a vehicle and driver’s license suspended or revoked.
  • Tammy Shattuck, 43, 36419 Ola Drive, Denham Springs, third-offense DWI, failure to signal, improper turn, speeding, improper lane usage and driver’s license not on person.

I have a $100.00 that says Tammy walks. Judges in Louisiana and especially BR are not serious bout DWI.
