ST. FRANCISVILLE — The West Feliciana Parish Police Jury’s former information systems manager pleaded “no contest” Thursday to an amended charge of unauthorized use of a jury access card.
Twentieth Judicial District Judge William G. Carmichael deferred sentencing Robert Reinhardt, 44, of St. Francisville, on the condition the defendant make restitution to the Police Jury and pay a $200 fine and court costs.
The charge against Reinhardt was amended from a felony to a misdemeanor.
Police Jury administrators fired Reinhardt on Aug. 1 after looking into allegations he converted jury credit card “reward points” to his own use.
