On Saints cut day, Kevin Reddick, Rod Sweeting and Logan Kilgore not spotted at practice

With the Saints hours away from a 3 p.m. Tuesday deadline to reduce their roster to 75 players, guys not spotted included linebacker Kevin Reddick, cornerback Rod Sweeting and No. 4 quarterback Logan Kilgore.

Another not at practice was linebacker Victor Butler, who WWL Radio’s Kristian Garic already reported will be released. Fullback Erik Lorig (leg injury), wide receiver Kenny Stills (quad), and safety Rafael Bush (missed Monday for an undisclosed reason) were not at practice, but they are virtual locks for the roster.

It has been confirmed the Saints have already waived 11 players: wide receiver Andy Tanner, tackle Ty Nsekhe, safety Ty Zimmerman, tight end Travis Beckum, guard/tackle Manase Foketi, defensive end George Uko, running back Timothy Flanders, tight end Je’Ron Hamm, outside linebacker Chidera Uzo-Diribe, defensive lineman Rufus Johnson Jr. and wide receiver Tobais Palmer.

Counting Butler, that would reduce the roster to 78 players, leaving three cuts to announce.
